Greatest Accomplishments:

Made it to the Finnish National Youth Team (2007) in individual medley events (200 IM

2:17.99(LC)) and participated in The Nordic Youth Championships (2008) and finished in the

top 10 in 200 IM (2:10.65 (SC)) and in 400 IM (4:36.34 (SC))

2006 Top 3 finishes in age group (born 1991) in Finnish Nationals - 200 butterfly 3rd place (2:32.08(lc)), 200 breaststroke 3rd place (2:35.81(sc)), 800 freestyle 2x 3rd place finish (9:13.17 (sc) and 9:43.30 (lc))

2007 2x time Youth National Champion (in age group) - Individual medley (200 2:13.47(sc) and 400 4:43.27 (sc)). Also won many other medals, for example in the 800 freestyle (silver 8:45.77 (sc)), 200 butterfly (bronze 2:28.29 (lc)), 400 IM bronze 4:58.64 (lc), part of the Finnish National Youth Team

2008 Won his first medal at the Men’s Finnish Nationals - silver in 400 IM 4:35.08 (sc)).

Participated in the Nordic Youth Championships as a member of the Finnish National Team. Oskari

also medaled at Junior Nationals (under 18) in the 1500 freestyle silver 16.17.11 (sc), 400 IM

bronze 4:40.67 (sc) and the 200 IM bronze 2:17.99 (lc)

2009 Oskari won a silver medal at Finnish Nationals (400 IM 4:33.41 (sc)) and had two other top

8 finishes - 200 breaststroke (2:23.44 (sc)), 200 IM (2:08.12).

2010 So far this season, Oskari has had Top 8 finishes in the Nationals competition in the 200 IM (2:15.17 (lc)) and 400 IM x2 (4:37.27 (sc)), 4:48.67 (lc)).
