Frequently Asked Questions

Do my school grades make a difference on my admission into a university, even though I am a good athlete?

Yes, your schoul grades and your results on the SAT test are the two main academic factors used in determining your admission into a university.

Do I have to be entirely decided on what I want to study?

No, you usually have until your second (sophmore) year to decide what you would like to focus your studies on.

If my English is not fluent, will the school assist me in perfecting the language?

Yes, it is in the best interest of the university to help you perfect the English language as soon as possible. ESL (English as a Second Language) classes are offered to foreign students needing assistance. That way, you are capable of studying and communicating with your teammates and other students, without any problems.

I am only in my third year of secondary school, is it too early for me to begin looking for a university?

It is the ideal time for you to be thinking about your next „Big“ step and also allows you enough time to communicate with different coaches from all over the United States.

I am a very good athlete/sportsman, but I have only been contacted by a few universities from the USA.

The reason is simple – there is a great deal of talented athletes/sportsman graduating from secondary schools in the USA. That is why, coaches do not scout outside of the US very much and therefore do not know too much about foreign students. It is our job, to help you choose the ideal school for you, by dramatically increasing the amount of universities that know about you and your various talents.
